Powerball Winning Numbers for 12/16/2023 – Jackpot of $543 Million

Powerball Jackpot Soars to $543 Million

The Powerball jackpot continues to climb, reaching an estimated annuity of $543 million for the drawing on December 18, 2023. If the winner chooses the cash option, they will receive a lump sum of $272.2 million. With no Pennsylvania players matching all five numbers plus the Powerball, the jackpot prize will roll over into the next drawing.

Although no player in Pennsylvania won the jackpot, there were several winners who matched some of the winning numbers. Two players matched four of the five numbers plus the Powerball, winning $50,000 each. Thirty-eight players matched just four numbers, winning $100 each. Eighty players matched three numbers plus the Powerball, also winning $100. There were also a total of 1,941 players who matched three numbers, earning them $7 each. Additionally, there were 1,456 players who matched two numbers plus the Powerball, winning $7 each. Lastly, 10,456 players matched one number plus the Powerball, winning $4 each. A total of 23,719 players in Pennsylvania matched just the Powerball, also winning $4 each.

For players who added the Power Play option, there were even more chances to win. Although no Pennsylvania players matched five numbers plus the Powerball with Power Play, there were two players who matched five numbers, winning $2,000,000 each. There were also 15 players who matched four numbers plus the Powerball with Power Play, winning $300 each. Thirty players matched three numbers plus the Powerball with Power Play, winning $300 each. Additionally, there were 749 players who matched three numbers with Power Play, winning $21 each. Five hundred players matched two numbers plus the Powerball with Power Play, also winning $21 each. There were 3,559 players who matched one number plus the Powerball with Power Play, earning them $12 each. Lastly, 7,942 players matched just the Powerball with Power Play, also winning $12 each.

In addition to the regular Powerball drawing, there was also a Double Play drawing with its own set of winning numbers. Unfortunately, no players in Pennsylvania matched all of the numbers in the Double Play drawing to win the $10 million top prize, so it will be divided equally among multiple winners. There were, however, several players who matched some of the Double Play numbers, winning prizes ranging from $500,000 to $7.

The excitement continues to build as the Powerball jackpot grows. With no winner yet, it’s anyone’s game. Don’t miss out on the chance to become a multimillionaire overnight!
